We will start accepting items on May 6th and all items must be on the lot by May 17th. We may fill up early so don't wait to get your items in. We stop accepting items when the lot fills up.
We will be running two auction trucks during this sale, we hope this will make the auction day shorter and more enjoyable for everyone! We will be keeping the trucks together as we go down the row but you may want to bring a friend in case you are interested in items in both rows.

Terms and Conditions
All purchases are to be 'PAID IN FULL' in negotiable U.S. Funds on Sale Day. Company or Personal Checks, Credit Cards (+4% convenience fee) will be accepted as payments. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold any purchases until all funds have cleared the Auctioneer's Bank. Onsite buyers will be charged a 3% premium, purchases must be paid for on auction day; if not paid on auction day onsite buyers will be charged a 10% late fee. Online buyers will be charged a 7% premium if paid by Monday; if not paid by Monday online buyers will be charged a 10% premium without cap. Consignors reserve the right to final bid. All Buyers and Bidders must provide proper identification, register and receive a bidder number at each auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any person a bidder number and may revoke the bidders' privileges at any time. Buyer agrees to pay all applicable sales tax on all purchases, unless the buyer provides proof of exemption that is issued by the appropriate state or local Government Agency. Buyer also agrees to pay any sales tax that may be assessed after payment has been received. All Sales are made and accepted 'AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS' and without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either written, expressed or implied, as to merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. Look before you bid, ALL sales are final, NO refund or exchange.
ALL BIDDERS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed to the purchaser approximately 10 to 15 business days after satisfactory settlement. There will be a $25.00 document fee on all vehicles. Some vehicles will be subject to Registration Fees and Sales Taxes.
For Live Oak Auctions load out is available Monday-Friday of the week following the sale. $25.00 per day per item storage fee on purchases not picked up by 5:00 Friday following the auction unless arrangements are made with Glen or Chase. Office staff and load-out crew cannot make these arrangements. Items left from previous sales will be re-tagged and sold to the highest bidder. No loading or unloading on Sunday.

There will be a minimum charge of $25.00 per lot.
Items selling for $ 251.00 and above --- 10%

$25.00 Check-in fee on Titled & License Receipt items. Title or License Receipt must be with the item at check-in. We do not offer motor vehicles for auction without a valid – transferable title. We reserve the right to hold sales proceeds until the title work is correct or hold the item out of the auction. YOU CAN NOT BRING IN TITLES OR LICENSE RECEIPTS AUCTION DAY.
$25.00 Buyer fee on titled and license receipt items. Titles will be mailed to the address provided upon registration. If you don’t provide a good mailing address expect delays in getting your paperwork. Titles are generally mailed out within 14 days after the auction.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE PRICE PROTECTION. IT IS THE CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPRESENT THEIR ITEMS.
CONSIGNOR CHECKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AFTER 1:00 PM FRIDAY AFTER AUCTION. CHECKS NOT PICKED UP FRIDAY WILL BE MAILED THAT EVENING.
ALL ITEMS CHECKED IN AND PLACED ON THE LOT MUST GO THROUGH THE AUCTION. ITEMS MAY NOT BE WITHDRAWN AFTER THEY ARE CONSIGNED AND CHECKED IN.
